Abstract

he Smart Leave Scheduling Portal is a web-based application that automates and streamlines employee leave management. It allows employees to submit leave requests online and enables administrators to review, approve, and monitor them efficiently. Built using PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, it ensures transparency, prevents overlapping leaves, and improves organizational workflow. The system also provides real-time notifications, maintains detailed leave records, and supports role-based access for security. Overall, it enhances productivity and simplifies HR operations through smart scheduling and effective communication.
